Warming drawer Pans

Just installed our warming drawer and looking forward to using it. The picture of the drawer shows cover serving pans but I have been unable to find them. Wondering if anyone knows where to get buffet style serving pans that fit

My previous review described a drawer being misaligned. As was its replacement. Kitchenaid, in their reply, suggested I contact them via Facebook or Twitter. Neither of which I have, subscribe to, participate in, or whatever the appropriate term is. I wonder is this is simply an automated reply as I see the same suggestion after other less than stellar reviews. An actual mailing address or even email address would be far more effective and would actually provide a method to contact them if I thought it would help. Or even better, contact me via email, as they require an address in order to leave a review. I’ve already described the issue in print once. They want me to do it again for no good reason I can see.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Slow Cook Warming Drawer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has become a great feature we added to our new kitchen reno. Christmas was much easier being able to have this extra feature to keep dishes warm while cutting up turkey etc - always lacked space in the oven previously. Have not used Slow Cook version yet.

Unknown loose wires cost me time and money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a new warming drawer. It didn’t heat. I called kitchenaid several times, but wasn’t able to get thru. I ended up paying for a repair. Turned out a loose wire was the problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It finishes off my new kitchen.

I wonder if you furnish any cook- books for owners. I have an idea how I will use it but to get the full value and experience of the appliance I could use some help.
