[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 20 years ago I purchased this model of warming drawer and it was great. The new one did not come with the warming pans/containers and it does not have an off/on switch. It has a rotating dial to turn on. Each time the temp setting has to be set on the rotating dial. Never the same twice. It also has a bright white light below the dial which blinds me when I try and see what setting has been reached especially in the early morning when it's dark outside.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just what we wanted

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fits perfectly under our wall oven combo. Have used it many times and it works well. I just wish it had a temperature read out. It's been trial and error getting the right setting for different things.
