Spacious but needs something extra

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The warming drawer itself seems to be a little flimsy, the metal seems kind of thin. It does however work just fine but i'm not sure how much weight the draw can really handle without warping. The metal racks that come with it just loosely sit in the drawer, with no specific fittings so it's not clear what their purpose is, given how shallow the drawer is. It heats up just fine though, and is great for my purposes, although it would have been nice if it were to come with the extra pans to go on the bars that come with it - they're otherwise useless without me purchasing a third party set of containers.
If KitchenAid offered some as optional extras that would be a start, but it doesn't appear that they do and the sizing of these things is not very clear, so it's hard to know what to get that fits.

Overall the drawer is good and i'd recommend it to anyone looking for a simple warming drawer, but it may be lacking features for those wanting more.
