Sleek and modern microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this microwave for our new construction home and are very pleased with it. We bought the slim trim package so it looks really sleek. I love that the controls are inside the door, making it even more modern looking. This hasn't been an issue for us, but the height of the cooking area is not as tall as most microwaves so if you are used to putting really big things in a microwave, this would not be the right one for you. Overall, we are happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have not had much opportunity as remodeling is ongoing, however....I find it to be very quiet, cooks even, more like conventional ovens. fingerprints are an issue however. Exterior needs to be cleaned, not just wiped, after each use as prints a very visible.

Very disappointing machine

Purchased this microwave less than a year ago and it has already had to have the motherboard replaced. So many issues with it. The tray slides out and moves around from under whatever is on it. The sound is so faint, it is inaudible. Definitely NOT worth the money.

Don't Buy

would not recommend. I normally only buy kitchenaid products, but this was the most expensive piece of junk ever. the turntable falls off the track when you put absolutely anything on it. anytime I put butter in it explodes all over the place. The food is either not warmed through and takes forever or it is completely overcooked. There is no rhyme or reason. This is a complete lemon microwave and would stay away from it.

great microwave

I love that the buttons are hidden so you dont see everything and have little hands pushing buttons. I love how sleek the microwave looks and how well it works.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as part of a kitchen renovation so it sat in the box for a month. When it was installed, there was no turntable. They apologized and are sending one out, but so far have no sign that it’s being processed. PLEASE send my turntable!! That said, this is a very sleek, beautiful microwave. Can’t wait to use it!!!
