Noticed immediately that the fan runs constantly when you are using the computer. Understandable with an i7 processor, but why so loud? Everything else is very nice, as expected from HP - display, touch, sound. Very snappy response that you would expect from a new Windows desktop with these specs.
I tried to follow up with the installed support assistant, but the chat bot didn't understand the question and I was unsuccessful getting helpful information or to a person.

Out of the box and ready to go in 20 minutes. Not a fan of the wired keyboard and mouse, so if you like wireless accessories be sure to plan ahead. Other wise I could not be happier! It's sleek, and the display is perfect.

I was originally dead set in having an all in one and was looking for an old fashion desktop with monitor and a tower but I also wanted to newer intel and a lot of space and features and this for the price looked like a good deal. I’ve been using it for about a month now and it’s great I’m happy with my decision and the product I probably will upgrade keyboard and mouse to wireless and maybe something more ergonomic but it was great to have these included!
