[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this computer because I don't have so many wires hanging on my floor collecting dust. It performs well for an all-in-one but the description said that I could add memory. I cannot find information anywhere telling me how to open the case and I hesitate to try without knowing what I am doing. Also, the computer no longer gives me the option of making a back-up disk and there are no instructions for making a back-up. Those two problems listed above are very important to me and need to be addressed because I do need to restore my computer a lot and I like the extra memory. When I get a new computer, the first things I do is max out the memory and make the back-up disk. Please help me with this!

I do a lot of video meetings and the picture and sound quality are excellent. I don’t need to work with headphones which is a plus. I love the speed and sharpness of the images. The only negatives: I wish I could tilt the camera and I will probably upgrade the keyboard. It’s a GREAT value for the money.

Still learning about all of the features. The only concern is that when we open the computer from the Sleep mode it takes several tries before we can access the internet. We would like to have more photo options available for our opening screen.
