After a few really bad experiences with other brands, an IT guy told me to go with HP. I'm a very happy customer now and will stay with HP going forward. By the way, my HP Envy printer was also a great buy. And NOT expensive. Print quality is clear.

It would load the device and then drop it. Took about 2 hours to get it right had to remove and reinstall several times.

I can't say enough good things about this equipment to express how I feel. I only wish I ordered Windows 10 Pro so I could network my home computers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The computer is streamlined and very fast. However the fan is extremely noisy. It is in a room that doubles as a guest room and if anyone were in there we would have to turn it off at night. This is the noisiest computer we have ever purchased.
