Nice computer but keeps overheating and restarting

I just bought this computer and using it to type on Microsoft word, however it keeps shutting down for no reason and then saying it’s due to over heating, nothing is blocking it and I really don’t know what to do it’s making me suffer.

Computer is loud. Constant hum. Listening to videos, you can hear the constant humming over the person speaking on the video. No adjustment feature for display. Keyboard cheap; has no backlit, very difficult to read due to very small and light printing/labeling on keyboard tabs. My fault on the keyboard. I assumed a computer with an I7 would have a backlit, better quality keyboard, so I did not read in detail product information about the keyboard. I would not recommend this computer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good AIO ...that said it seems thermally throttled even though the fan is very loud at times, it has no thunderbolt connectivity or even displayport out ? Being a tenth gen product and not cheap I assumed it would have all this and also wireless keyboard and mouse not a wired one. For the price I am not thrilled with this AIO although it does work well.

I purchased two products from y’all the computer all in one is fine but the Microsoft office 365 I have had nothing but trouble trying to download this I’ve asked HP for help and nobody from the center has help me I try to go on to get a refund and can’t even do that I will never buy anything from y’all again I might just send this computer back as well

This computer is over priced. It does not come with a CD drive. and the mouse and keyboard are not wireless. For that, I think this computer is way over-priced. I have an all-in-one HP that comes with a CD drive and Disc writer with wireless keyboard and mouse and it was less than this computer
