[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my Samsung DVE50A8600E series Dryer and must admit that I was taken aback by the beauty of the unit. The design is the best I have seen from Samsung to date. Paired with its equivalent washer model and you’re doing laundry in style. The capacity is huge, easily fits the full load from the washer. The dry options are endless. The dryer has several different settings to dry your clothes at, one being the super speed setting is great if you are short on time. The steam option is great, including an option to steam sanitize. In todays Pandemic, well, that is a blessing to say the least. I for one use that cycle the most to dry almost everything except the delicate items. The dryer lets you know to check the filter before using and it also detects if the exhaust line gets clogged, both are great features to have. The dryer has WI-FI capability so you can connect it to your home network. No more setting a timer or checking over and over to see if the clothes are dry. You now can simply get a notification via the SmartThings app (Android or iOS) to whatever device you have set up on it. Literally that can be your phone, your TV, your refrigerator, your tablet, etc. The Dryer has the option to let you control it from your phone as well, if it only had arms to fold your laundry, lol! The LED lighting on the panel is bright enough to be seen clearly, it is not overbearing one bit. The pressure needed to operate the controls is just right, the dial knob rotates easily. All in all the dryer is constructed nicely. If you decide to buy a dryer this year, this is the one to get.

Great/Quick Dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the past ten years, I have used two basic types of dryers, never really understanding the importance of investing in a great quality one - that was until I received this Samsung Smart Dryer. To begin with, the design of this product is top notch. It is classy and elegant and fits right in with the rest of my home's appliances. Moreover, I find that loading this machine is simple, given that it has the side opening, rather than being on the top. Furthermore, this product allows for you to use the Samsung app and see how long your dryer will take to dry your clothes. It's nice, especially for busy moms on the go. I find that I can load it up, and that it dries my clothes properly and precisely. The smart dial settings are easy to maneuver and gives you a range of options to choose from. I also really find the "steam" setting neat and useful for sanitizing properly.

Quiet and Capable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have thrown a lot of variations of clothes and blankets and towels at this dryer and it has handled them all with ease. The sensor does a great job of finishing the load properly, and it's turbines spin the largest blankets with ease as it drys up my laundry. Paired up with the washer, it synchs up with the machine to ensure you get the right recommendation for load type. I love the speed dry feature and have gotten full loads washed and dried in under an hour.
The large load sizes are no worry for this dryer, as it handles the comforters and towels until they are done.
I could do without the long song at the end, but it's not terrible. The integration with smart things app is awesome. I can check the status of my load from anywhere and get notified when it's done.
The features are great, such as stream wrinkle care and the lint trap indicator being capable of holding a lot more lint and telling you when you need to change it.
Definitely recommend

Best dryer I've ever had!

Several options of drying including a low/ironing level that leaves the fabric perfect to go from dryer to the ironing board for perfect results with the level 5 of heavy/sturdy material. And best yet, the idea that you can stack and operate the dryer from the washer below using the accessory kit. The sleek look gives your laudry room the million dollar look. An added bonus is the lamintated 'how to' card that comes with your dryer, for easy access to questions on operation, no more running to find the user manual. I highly recommend this dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After the ease of function for the Samsung washer I knew that the Samsung dryer wouldn’t give me any trouble. There are plenty of functions to choose from. My favorite is the Timed function since I usually wait for last minute and can decide how long I put them in for. I also like that it alerts me to empty the filter. So depending on what you are washing you can pick and choose. The smart feature available for both washer and dryer is a life saver. I was able to go get other things done around the house and when it was complete I would be alerted. This helps me from checking constantly. The only thing I wish I would have bought my wife along with the washer and dryer are the pedestals. They are pretty low to the ground without them.

Wonderful Dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a new dryer to replace my 13 year old one and am absolutely loving this one. It heats up quickly and dries everything really well. I love that with the turn of a dial I am easily able to select whichever cycle and setting I need depending on what I am drying. The extra large capacity is wonderful since I am easily able to dry large loads of towels all at once and large comforters and blankets without having to squish anything.
I love that it uses sensor drying to help make sure that does not run any longer than it needs to to help with energy costs. I also love that it is capable of running a dryer vent test to let you know if it needs to be cleaned or is clogged. This is an amazing feature.
This dryer has so many different settings and is capable of so much that it truly makes doing laundry easier. I love that it has a steam setting to help with sanitization. I also love the fact that it came with a shoe rack for drying shoes. The artificial intelligence that is built into it is also a wonderful feature since it is capable of remembering my most used settings and cycles.
I look forward to using this dryer for many years to come and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a large capacity dryer that runs quietly and dries quickly. It has a beautiful sleek, modern look to it and most importantly it performs really well and has so much functionality.

Super Smart Dryer!

As with our matching washer, we chose the Ivory color with stainless accents that keeps the dryer looking very modern. The Smart dial learns your routines and puts your regular used settings first. The dryer drys the clothes very fast compared to our previous Samsung model. The steam feature allows me to freshen up an article of clothing to take out the wrinkles quickly. The wifi features paired with the Smarthings app make my life so much easier. I'm able to set and monitor my loads directly from my phone. Love getting the notifications on my smartphone/smartwatch letting me know that my load is completed. This dryer can be controlled as well from my matching washer when using the stacked features. We opted to put the units on matching pedestals. The dryer senses when the clothes are dry and doesn't let the unit run longer than needed - being more energy-efficient. There's a vent sensor that notifies when it needs cleaning. That's a great safety feature for us so we don't have any fire hazards. The light inside is so bright so we can see our laundry and not miss that sock that normally goes missing. There's a lint filter indicator and also notifies me when the lint trap needs to be cleaned. We normally clean it after every load to be more efficient. My laundry comes out so dry and warm and smells so clean. I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest review.
