[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice dryer and is big enough to hold everything we throw at it. No more going to the laundry mat to dry big items such as sleeping bags, comforters, etc. Plenty of options and settings to dry various clothing items and the app feature is very handy in sending preferred settings to the dryer as well as sending me an alert when the cycle is complete. My only complaint is that the auto dry settings don’t always dry my clothes completely. It feels dry when you take the clothes out the dryer, but then you realize that some of the items are slightly damp in spots. I usually have to follow up by using a timed setting for 30 minutes. Hopefully Samsung will look into this. Other than that, everything else works fine. Overall, this was a good purchase.

main thing is i can't get this thing to fully dry my clothes. i've tried raising the dryness level and that works only sometimes.
another issue is with the wrinkle away cycle,...all it does is soak my clothing, leaving puddles in the drum. there's no "steam" coming out, just a lot of water! at the end of the cycle you need to run another cycle to dry the clothing! i tried the "steam sanitize too...there is no such steam. just lost of water.
the manual says to only put 2-3 items in for this cycle, which i did. support told me the manual is wrong! that it should be a full load. i guess the website is wrong too. (see my pics) who saves up a full load of wrinkled clothes? then i’d just have a full load of wet laundry that i’d have to re-dry again. i'm told it works fine.

Cracked dyer drum after 1 and a half years

my dryer drum cracked not even 2 years old samsung does not want to do anything to help absolutely crap product will nexer buy anything samsung again and suggest that if you are looking for anything you do not go with a samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a larger dryer and washer set than 29 inches. Wife said, has to be white in color but settled for ivory. Wife said need matched set or I would have purchased the LG 9cuft dryer and 7.5 washer. I was looking at LG and GE as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, I love the little melody it plays when it’s done drying the clothes. It’s not that annoying BEEP or HONK. The setting and presets are awesome and take the guessing out drying. It also has a sensor you can turn on that will notify you if some things are dry so you can remove them. I love this feature! I downloaded the app so I receive a notification when that happens. This dryer also has a steak option! You can toss in wrinkled clothes and pull them out and they are ready to wear. This helps when you’ve “ forgotten” to take out a finished load in time. The best thing about this dryer is the capacity in my opinion, it is HUGE! No more having to wash your comforters and duvets at a laundry mat. This dryer has such a high capacity that you’ll want to do your laundry!

Efficient dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using my nice, big dryer for two weeks. I have challenged it with all types of loads: delicates, jeans, blankets, handmade quilts, as well as routine laundry loads. It has handled everything beautifully. The only thing I don’t like about this dryer is the lint filter. It seems like it will wear out quickly because I have to open it to clean it. But, I can live with this small issue because of the quality of the dryer. I do like that it plays me a little tune to let me know it’s job is done! I appreciate that there are 10 pre-set cycles which do come in handy with the variety of loads I do. The interior drum light is a nice feature. The reversible dryer door is, I am sure, an asset to some, but it works well for me the way it came. The Clean Guard long lasting antimicrobial function will be of benefit for washing the grandchildrens’ clothes!

although the dryer works really good with several drying options, just feel like some of the options take really long to complete, can do better with drying a huge load of clothes
