Does the job well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new Samsung dryer has been great. It’s done its job well and it’s really easy to customize the cycles based on what you are drying. No more guessing what temperatures you need to dry at. Steam drying is something that is new to me but it’s a nice feature to have. The smart features are great. Something I though was cool is that it tracks how much energy the washer and dryer use over days, weeks, and months. I love that I could stack the washer and dryer and save a lot of space in my washroom. They look great, I like that the doors are clear so you can see inside. It’s great to be able to check up on my laundry from the phone with the smart things app. Love that the drum is stainless steel, and it’s a very large capacity. It’s great that it came with a drying shelf so you can dry things like shoes and bulky items. I think it’s a great dryer, it does its job well and I am happy with it. Would recommend if you’re looking for a new dryer.

Expensive Defective dryer delivered ..

its very annoying to see defective peace delivered to me, as soon as technician installed the unit .. and turned on the dryer.. it started making very very annoying noise...
not sure how the quality test done ... very bad experience ever experienced ...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am loving my Samsung dryer so far. It has done its job great and I have no complaints. Its loaded with features. I really like the steam sanitize feature, say goodbye to germs and bacteria. I love that I can connect my iphone and it will tell me how long i have left. Its easy to dial in whatever settings your want for the cycle with the large rotating dial. Overall it seems like its built well and should last a long time. Love the modern design of the machine. I would recommend this dryer.

Everything broke 1 year later.

Dryer stopped working 1 week after warranty expired. Going through repair process is extremely painful and pricey. This happened 1 month after the matching washer broke, Samsung is 0-2 in the washroom for me.
