Laptop came twice not in compliance of the specs. No backlit keyboard. On my third attempt I had to switch to a different model which finally had the backlit. All together it took me one month to get a new laptop, and dozens of hours in the support line all waisted because of a wrong description.

Screen is nice and big, haven't had any issues with processing speed or memory. My only issue is that the fingerprint scanner used to log in to the computer does not work at all. I have tried setting up multiple fingerprints so if one doesn't work, I can try another, but I always get the same message that the scanner couldn't read my fingerprint. I've tried cleaning the scanner, deleting my saved prints to re-do them, but nothing works. The computer itself is great, but the fact that something on a brand new computer isn't functioning is beyond frustrating and makes me question what the long term reliability will be like for this computer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Laptop is OK other than battery life which is poor. I use for browsing the web primarily and no gaming or other power hungry apps. Battery lasts a few hours before requiring charging (which is fast)

Tech specs show that it comes with backlit keyboard; in fact the keyboard is without backlight. Tech support escalated my case, they shipped me replacement unit which was the same as original, no backlit keyboard. Finally, they corrected mistake in the specs, two weeks later.
