I am really quite pleased with the laptop. I would have given five stars but the battery life is not nearly as long as advertised. The screen looks very good. The keyboard is nicely backlit and can be turned on or off. Unlike some of my other devices, the fingerprint security lock works flawlessly. It feels fairly sturdy and is not too heavy. I also like that it has a number pad. Not too much bloatware. For the money it seemed to be my best option. If it is durable I will be very happy.
The price was right, and the product appears to meet my needs. Some things I wish I had known before purchasing: the odd placement of the power on button, the lack of a web camera compatible with Windows face-id, the lack of a fingerprint reader for Windows Login. The lack of a multi-media(camera chip) reader can be easily addressed with a USB add-on. On the positive side; the display looks good, the storage is SSD, the performance appears good, and the overall form and layout are good.
Great machine. Fast plenty of RAM and memory. Duplicates my work laptop. The pin on logon is an annoyance but there is a way to eliminate it. The only draw back is the limited number of ports. Need to get Trrip-Lite or similar device to connect multiple devices. Also does not have a ethernet port. No fiber here so have to rely on DSL or phone hot spot. Need a USB to ethernet converter.
Ordering was OK. Delivery was pretty quick. So far, I'm really liking the laptop. I would liked to have gotten some instructions on the capabilities. I'm older and going from a desktop to a laptop and some things are very different.
It's a nice laptop, I like it because is thin and non-heavy, the battery is a little bit poor because the charge last around 5 hours and sometimes the computer gets hot, in general, it's ok, but the specs said that this model has backlit but in the reality, the laptop doesn´t have backlit.
