The screen had backlight bleeding in all the top of the screen from corner to corner. To be honest I am still disappointed for what happened. I sent the laptop back. But I think that you should really review your items before sending them through mail.

Excellent product for a light user at home, Perfect for banking, paying bills, casual web searching, Excel, word processing and printing to keep records, etc. I only use 1-1.5 hours a day but love the speed.

I don't like that I'm being force, to use and make Microsoft account.
I just want Google only. If I would have known, I wouldn't have purchased this laptop. Seems like this laptop is only for Microsoft pre installed. Design of laptop looks very nice and I was able to get it in the color I wanted. Trying to get Google and my preferred apps on this laptop has been frustrating. I now want to give this laptop away and buy a new one where i can have Google access and it will be WAY EASIER, to download the apps I actually wants.

Just having recently completed the transfer from one system to my new system, I am still learning the features and convenances of the new computer. What I am thoroughly impressed by is the screen display, the speed of the processer and the rapid response between different web pages/sites. There is little doubt that I will continue to be pleased with the added features yet to be discovered with this system. It is a learning curve going from WIN 10 to WIN 11, but it will come.

I purchased this laptop because it was customizable. I was able to get exactly what I needed/wanted without having to get anything I didn't want/need. I chose this to replace my 12 year old Pavilion that was running but took forever to open anything, including itself. I definitely got my money's worth from my previous Pavilion and expect the same quality from this one.
