A great upgrade from my old, 11 inch, HP Pavilion. The I 7 processor coupled with 16G of RAM makes for a very fast, responsive experience. Set up was easy and so far, the new machine is working perfectly.

The process of customizing was simple. I use my new pavilion to earn my degree online. I selected plenty of ram so there would be no lag when it came to having multiple tabs open and my word documents. I chose the bigger screen so that I could have more browsers open at once, helping me write while researching. The number pad on the keyboard was a bonus for me. So far, I’m loving my new pavilion.

I had to replace my 10yr old laptop. There are so many makers to choose from that it is overwhelming, but HP was my 1st choice! Mainly because of their reputation, competitive prices and options to build the computer/laptop to fit your needs. I would choose an HP again and recommend to family and friends
