[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] my first one didin't work and after hours of trouble shooting with the helpful reps and tech support I returned the first laptop. Now on the second one and still having some software integration issues and the transfer of date, setting up is not user friendly. Some blame the Windows OS, but jury's still out here...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
