The machine seems fine, except in the process of transferring via the cloud, my documents from my older laptop to this newer one, using OneDrive I ended up with files that were five years old appearing on the new computer. I had to recover my files from my thumb drive anyway.

Not a user friendly device which may in part because of software interference requiring registration, password or pin every time you open. None of my other HP computers require allo that.
