My new build home came with this new washer. It's basic, but it works well. Dishes still come out wet after "drying." I wish the silverware baskets had individual holes to place them in.

Horrible dishwasher rack! Rusted.

This is a poor washer. I don’t know what caused this, but within the first year of my use of this dishwasher it being brand new from a new build, Very minimal use it started rusting. I was using all the right products I did so much research. I cleaned it the proper way I tried to do smaller loads… But nothing would budge. The racks are the biggest issue in this dishwasher. They have peeled and bubbled and rusted all over and I am now afraid to use it although I do very minimally. I just noticed it deteriorating more and more and I really hate to have to pay so much for two new racks. I Just want to put this out there to stop someone else from buying these poorly made dishwasher rack. I feel like the rack should be one of the strongest components of a dishwasher because it is such an important part of it. Especially using it the right way. I’ve always thought GE has great products but I was wrong :( so sad. We moved in Jan 2022.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dishwasher works well and cleans like it should. Bottom rack never stays on track and racks and silverware tray feel cheaply made.

Amazing for new home owners

As a new home owner, this dishwasher was effective at cleaning my new dishwares and cuttlery with ease! I am usually a hand washer due to the fact I wanna make sure each dishware is squeeky clean, but this cuts down my wash time and I can easily focus on other house chores! Highly recommend and appreciated!
