Pretty fast wash

I like that it is saving me water waste and that it wash okay but i don’t like that it does not fit quite as much as i thought

The soap cup won’t open, very difficult to use! The function buttons are hard to press, dishes aren’t clean. This is brand new dishwasher only being used for 5 months, was installed in my new built house, it’s very cheap looking and doesn’t work! It’s been terrible from beginning! I use cascade liquid and pods with rinse aid, my soap cup is at the bottom n still having issues opening
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Information on the dispensers is available in your manual on page 8. Regarding the dishes not getting clean, there is a section under Troubleshooting Tips in the manual with various suggestions to resolve that, including making sure the filter isn't clogged, the water temperature is hot enough, etc. We hope this information is useful for you.
If you are not able to resolve these concerns, our service department is available at 1-800-432-2737 and would be glad to offer whatever assistance they can. Our Dishwasher Design team will be informed of your concerns with the dispenser, buttons and wash performance. No bells and whistles

It’s sleek and clean looking. The door is very lightweight. Looks like it could easily dent. Not many cycle options but seems plenty efficient in cleaning.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Basic future

It has very basic functions as a dishwasher. You can definitely hear the dishwasher is working. The door is light. The inside is in silver metal so it’s brighter than one in white. It does not dry out completely. It does not have a sanitize function.

We do have a variety of dishwashers available, and features may vary depending on the model you choose. Our Dishwasher Design team will certainly be notified of your feedback regarding the lack of a Sanitize function, the noise the unit makes and other concerns about this model in particular; we value your insights, as we always like to know what our consumers prefer in terms of features.
Your concern with moisture might be resolved by using the Dry Boost option, and your manual does also have a few troubleshooting tips if the dishes themselves aren't completely dry. You may want to check that the dishwasher is not being prevented from latching by anything internal, such as a rack or dish blocking the door. It is also possible for an adjacent cabinet or surface to block the door from latching properly if there was any issue with installation. If the door is not being blocked at all, we would recommend contacting our service department at 1-800-432-2737; they would be happy to assist, and your dishwasher is covered by a limited manufacturer's warranty for the first year.
