Works great except the dishwasher soap dispenser does not open all the time. Not sure why. I also found that the dishes are not dry unless you run the steam/boost together.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is a good washer overall. I love the amount of space on the top rack for cups. My issue is that it never seems it dry anything I have tried both dry settings but still the same result.

New but I didn't choose it. Door is one layer of plastic. You can feel it bend when you close it. Noisy. I have to wash on the heavy cycle or an odor remains in the machine.

Cheap dishwasher

This is pretty close to the bottom of the line dishwasher. It came with our new build and less than 6 months old. It doesn't always want to start, you have to open and close the door about 6 times to get it to turn on. The racks inside are already splitting and rusting. I anticipate the dishwasher might be as good as garbage soon. Only reason it got 2 stars is because it does clean the dishes.

Good day,
Oh goodness! We're awfully sorry to hear that your dishwasher is not filling up with water. We can absolutely understand how frustrating that can be. If the dishwasher is not filling with water:
Verify whether Delay Start is selected. Cancel delay start or wait until delay is complete. Make sure the water supply valve is open. It is typically located under the kitchen sink. Ensure that the water supply line has no kinks or clogs. Check the household water supply is not turned off.
If you have determined that none of these tips will resolve your issue, then you may need to consider scheduling service. You can schedule an appointment by calling 1-800-432-2737 or schedule online at https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm
We hope this helps! Mike@GEA
