Terrible dishwasher

The silverware basket is terrible. There are no features on this dishwasher. The wash cycle is very loud and the normal cycle takes FOREVER!
I would never buy this dishwasher again.

It can be normal for the cleaning cycle to take 1 hour for the normal cycle and 2 hours for heavy. We are going to pass your comments about the silverware basket over to our product team to review. That way we can look for improvements for future models.

Lower basket Cheap wheels

Dishwasher is balanced and works well, but the Cheap wheels on the lower rack keep coming off the rails. Wheels should be in some type of housing to keep them on the rails.

Have been in my house less than two months...tried using the brand new dishwasher twice...and it does not work. It does not dry the dishes.

The appliance has some great features however I’ve had multiple issues with it. For starters half the time I’ll run the dishwasher, let the dishes dry and then when it’s time to put everything away either the wash pod door never opened or the pod was barely used so then I have to rerun the dishwasher. It’s a headache and costly to continue having to rerun the appliance. Secondly, my racks are fried!! They’re rusted and pieces are falling off. Definitely don’t recommend.

Rusted racks

My builder put this dishwasher in my home and the racks rusted within the first 4 months , and I don’t use my dishwasher very often . How do they rust so fast
