Works great, not too loud. The slants on the bottom shelf perfectly hold plates and other flat long items.

Not well constructed and does not hold much. Also very difficult to get glasses in the top level. Size and angles are off.

You can adjust the upper rack to drop it down or lift it up. I was raised to wash my dishes by hand because dishwashers did not clean your dishes and they would have water spots but my dishwasher has added time for me to do other things and my dishes come out clean sparkling and spot free.
