This dishwasher takes 3 hours to complete the clean cycle.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're more than glad to help out with your dishwasher. It is normal for dishwashers to run for up to two hours or more under certain conditions. The cycles times vary because of the clean sensors, due to the sensor extending or decreasing cycle time, and the number of fills based on the soil level.
You unit runs longer to ensure good wash performance, but it uses less energy while running. Also, in using less water, your water heater doesn't need to provide as much hot water, so therefore it isn't using energy to heat more water.

Door has a very cheap feel to it. Dishwasher is too noisy! Sometimes soap dispenser fails to dispense properly. Overall, feels like a bargain-basement dishwasher. I miss the Bosch I used to have.
