It’s just an average dishwasher. Cleans the dishes with no issues. Dishes are not completely dry even with boost cycle so I run at night and empty in am. Upgrade to better model if you can afford to.

Basket rusts immediately

4 1/2 months old and the top and bottom baskets already have rust in several places and it's completely rusted under the silverware basket. The coating on the metal wires is disintegrating. We got an extremely expensive whole house water purifier and that didn't help. It's just cheap.

The rubber around the door came off, causing a lot of water to come out as it washes. Also, the wheels are cheap cheap plastic one has fallen off.

The capacity of the dishwasher is not that spacious as I would like and the controls can be a little confusing as to how they function. Overall it functions as it should, so that’s what’s important to me.

Find a different dishwasher

I have had this product for just over 6 months and the 1 hour wash actually takes approximately 2 hours to complete, and this dishwasher is loud. I don't feel like the quality is good, as I have had to rewash certain loads twice. Spend a little more money and get a better dishwasher.

We are happy to provide guidance with this dishwasher. The 1-hour wash does not include the drying time, so the wash time is actually 1- hour, but the cycle can be longer due to the drying time. Racks

My dishwasher is only three years old and both racks are already rusted so bad that arms are falling off. Also the metal tip to the lower water alarm was found in the trap because it fell off the arm. is it worth replacing the racks or would I be better off purchasing another machine from a different manufacturer.
