Really cheaply made and a complete waist of money

Do not buy this product. Spend the money and buy the next up or better model. This model is so cheap that it reminds me of the first dishwashers originally in homes. Washes like crap and dries like crap.

1500+ Units with Very Few Issues

We have several large apartment properties using this GE dishwasher. Very few issues with them. Almost always user errors. If I had one complaint... I wish these had Start Timers so that you could run the cleaning cycle later in the day.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bottom tray gets stuck.

It washes okay. The bottom tray gets stuck when you try to wheel.it out. The cutlery holder feels flimsy.

Terrible and rusting!

This product was purchased as a replacement to a GE dishwasher that rusted within 3 years. Less than 1 year and it is rusting and loud.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Our dishwasher does it's job, but sometimes it does not clean our dishes properly. Also lots of water spots on our dishes and it is a new dishwasher. I've had older dishwashers before that was much better at cleaning dishes.

Hi there, and thanks for letting us know about your experience. We hate to hear you’ve had an issue with your dishes not always getting clean, as well as having water spots on your dishes. This certainly isn’t the experience we want to provide for you, and we regret the trouble you’ve had.

Regarding wash performance, you may want to make sure the water temperature is at least 120 degrees F, and the filter isn’t clogged. For the issue you’ve had with spots, a high enough temperature may help with that as well, and using a rinse agent may also help.
