Worked Great for 1 year

I purchased this dishwasher 8/2021...worked great until this past weekend. Now it's totally dead. Checked the power, circuit breaker, etc., still nothing. Tried a reset thinking perhaps it was locked up - nothing.

Very cheap quality flimsy door to the point it feels like it’s going to break every time I close the door. Not many features and disk play looks low quality as well. Exterior displays marks such as prints or spills easily.

There may be a few reasons why this issue is occurring. First, please ensure that your inlet water temperature is at least 120 °F. If your inlet temperature is too low, this can reduce the effectiveness of the wash. Second, make sure large dishware does not block the detergent dispenser or wash arms. Doesn't start easily

Definitely a cheaper version. I originally liked it a lot because it springs closed unless all the way down, but I have to hit the start button often and even still it doesn't always actually start. Plus then it takes forever to finish.
It's got a fair amount of room For dirty dishes. And it does clean pretty well. But it's incredibly frustrating to spend hours to get it to clean.

While we are delighted you are pleased with the appearance and capacity of the unit, we are sorry to hear you are having issues with the Start pad and have concerns with the length of the cycles.
In recent years, there have been changes to federal water and energy efficiency guidelines which means dishwashers use far less water and less energy to run.
Consequently, dishwashers now run longer to ensure good wash performance but they use less energy doing so. To start the dishwasher, firmly press the center of the Start pad to ensure you're making proper contact.
