Lots of Space

Great Dishwasher! I love the flatware basket in the bottom rack - definitely cleans flatware better than the ones on the door of the machine. Wide racks, accommodates all my tall cups with no problems which is a plus for our household.

We'd like to help you with the rack falling. The below video link describes how to adjust a lower rack in a dishwasher, so it rolls smoothly on the tub rack track. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kBwYl4FSl40

Very disappointed

This unit was installed in our brand new home. After just 2 years both upper and lower racks are completely rusted. Parts are breaking off during the wash cycle and maybe causing more damage than I am aware of. Afraid to even use it now. Very disappointing to have in a brand new home
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
