Not a bad item for the price

This dishwasher is surprisingly quiet for the economical price. The only thing I don't like is the touch pad used for the settings - I prefer the dials where I can control the cycles. One hour wash time seems like a long time for a dishwasher to run.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Wheel broke

I NEVER use dishwashers, so when I finally decided to use the brand new dishwasher the wheel broke off and I only had a few items in it. Highly disappointed.

Pretty fast wash

I like that it is saving me water waste and that it wash okay but i don’t like that it does not fit quite as much as i thought

The soap cup won’t open, very difficult to use! The function buttons are hard to press, dishes aren’t clean. This is brand new dishwasher only being used for 5 months, was installed in my new built house, it’s very cheap looking and doesn’t work! It’s been terrible from beginning! I use cascade liquid and pods with rinse aid, my soap cup is at the bottom n still having issues opening
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Information on the dispensers is available in your manual on page 8. If needed, a link to the manual is available here: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-4000218-1.pdf . Regarding the dishes not getting clean, there is a section under Troubleshooting Tips in the manual with various suggestions to resolve that, including making sure the filter isn't clogged, the water temperature is hot enough, etc. We hope this information is useful for you.
If you are not able to resolve these concerns, our service department is available at 1-800-432-2737 and would be glad to offer whatever assistance they can. Our Dishwasher Design team will be informed of your concerns with the dispenser, buttons and wash performance. No bells and whistles

It’s sleek and clean looking. The door is very lightweight. Looks like it could easily dent. Not many cycle options but seems plenty efficient in cleaning.
