Does not dry dishes

We fought hard with our builder to let us purchase our own dishwasher. They told us we couldn’t do that. They ran test cycles several times before our closing with the last being 2 days before our closing during our walkthrough. After we closed, there was still water droplets throughout the dishwasher 3 or 4 days after it was last ran. I have followed every tip in their FAQ they keep publishing here and we still have to towel dry every dish that comes out of it. Also, you can only put plates in facing one direction. You cannot have the face the center. Just an overall bad design and product.

This dishwasher was installed by the builder and not impressed with this model. The door is flimsy and feels like it will break when trying to close it.
