This dishwasher refuses to start. Not exaggerating I have to open it, close it and hit start about 30 times before it will go.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not so great

This dishwasher was installed by the builder. It's not so great. It's all plastic, flimsy and doesn't do a great job. I wish I had the option of picking a better unit. I know GE makes them better. This is a basic level appliance.

This dishwasher is possessed. The control panel apparently locks when a cycle is completed which makes no sense and then it randomly started running WHILE I was loading it. I would take it back if I could.

Two reasons for 4 stars instead of 5. When using the normal setting on the dry cycle everything is still real wet, especially the plastic things in the top. Second, my old dishwasher had the utensil basket on the door which allowed more space for big items in the bottom. Just something I will have to get used to, it does not hold as much.

The dishwasher and washer is not great. You have run the dish washer several times just to clean your glasses. The washer is loud
