No drying

The drying mechanism fires not work. Brand new and it doesn’t work.

We'd like to assist with this issue you're having with your new dishwasher not drying. We advise making sure the water temperature is at least 120°F. Poor quality of racks!

we bought a house with this dishwasher and after a year been using it the racks became rusty, how come the rubber protecting the metal got melted?? allowing the water to rust the metal frame of racks, I have the pictures of all racks and the model #, but I can't upload them!

The front door of the washer feels like not high grade plastic, kind of flimsy feeling. Also the bottom rack does NOT stay on the tracks! Otherwise, it fits dishes well, and cleans them well.

Great dishwasher

Quiet machine with large capacity and cleans well. We are very happy with this purchase so far. At first the bottom rack seemed to fall off track a lot but it seems to have resolved.
