[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So my husband and I just moved in our new home and this is truly a serious issue. It seems like we were given a faulty product .The part that connects the sprayer part will not stay in place. I have attached photos. Please make this right. We really like the brand. Thanks

I reset breaker tried trouble shooting it.. worst Appliance ever owned. So Disappointed in GE. They wont help me replace it.

What is the smell, plastic?

Please tell me why my dishwasher smells so incredibly toxic, I understand that it is not stainless steel, just plastic. Is that why it smells so bad after every use! I have left the door open, I have used specific cleaners and only the recommended pods and it still smells so awful. I would rather hand wash my dishes than have to smell that awful smell.

This is normal and the smell will tend to dissipate during normal use. For cleaner and drier dishes, we recommend making sure your water temperature is hot, and you have your Dry Boost option selected and rinse agent inside. The dBa is 59 and that sound level is equivalent to a normal conversation. Please review the following links that will provide some troubleshooting tips.

In regard to the long cycle time, the U.S. Department of Energy, the EPA Energy Star program, and consumer demand has driven dishwasher manufacturers to make dishwashers much more energy and water efficient over the last several years. But there are always tradeoffs to using less energy and water. Longer wash cycles will actually lower the energy consumption. Please review the following link:
