We'd like to assist with the dishwasher's Start button not being responsive at all times. The first thing we recommend is to make sure the dishwasher door is closed tightly and is latched correctly. Open the door and then close it again firmly. Make sure there is nothing inside the dishwasher preventing the door from closing completely. If this doesn't help, please reset the fuse or circuit breaker in your home that provides power to the dishwasher to reset the controls. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher came with the new house I bought. I moved in april 2024. Its not quite 2yrs old. The rack coating , some have come off . The rack is starting to rusting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have them come out 3 different times for same issues. The gasket keeps coming off and leaking. The dishes are not being fully cleaned and not being fully dry.

We recommend making sure the edge of the control panel is not hitting the adjacent cabinet and if needed reposition the Dishwasher, so it does not make contact with the cabinet. Regarding the cleaning and drying performance of your unit. We recommend making sure you are using a high efficiency detergent in a tablet or packet form. Additionally, check that the inlet water temperature is at least 120°F.

Rusting Racks

Horrible dishwasher - noisy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer is a cheap, plastic lined, noise maker. The wheels fell off the bottom rack & broke, after 4 uses. Very, very, very disappointed with it. The serviceman will be back, over & over again!

Better than expected

I just got them and started using them, but even on regular cycle the dishwasher rocks I can’t believe how clean everything was when I opened it up the dishwasher even took the coffee stains out of a coffee cup that I use so much. I couldn’t get it all out my hand And the microwave is quiet and heat very well. I haven’t had any hotspots in my food so far and the dishwasher is fairly quiet for a dishwasher so I’m very happy with both products.

Wouldn't buy again

American Home Shield couldn't find parts for our 20 year old Whirlpool that had more features.
I absolutely hate the latch as you have to press hard to close it.
It does an OK job washing the dishes, but it takes a lot longer to run a normal wash cycle.
