Just okay.

I don’t Ike the layout of the racks compared to other dishwashers I have had in the past. The drying cycle is also not the best. My dishes are constantly wet when the load is done and I still have to dry them by hand
I would recommend this to a friend!

We would like to assist you with the drying in this dishwasher. You will need to ensure that the water entering the dishwasher is between 120 and 140 degrees Fahrenheit for best wash and dry performance. Run the faucet closest to the dishwasher prior to starting the dishwasher to purge cold water from the hot water line. You will also need to check the rinse aid dispenser and fill it if it is empty. Rinse aids prevent spots on glasses and promote drying by causing water to sheet off of dishware and glassware. We have also provided some additional tips to help with poor drying in your dishwasher here: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=17451
Your feedback is extremely important to us. We will pass these comments regarding the rack layout along to our product design team to review.

Rust!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been in our brand new home for only 2 years and our dishwasher is the only thing to give us problems thus far. The racks are rusting so badly that I am scared to even clean our dishes in there. Considering GE has been around for so long, I felt strongly that they would be the best brand to go with as far as appliances go but clearly I was wrong. A 2 year old dishwasher should not be rusting this badly!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher has been good so far. I do notice some slight white residue on the dishes after washing, but has a good capacity to fit lots of dishes in.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The construction and materials make it feel like a kids toy with how plasticly it feels. The bottom rack never stays on track and 50% of the time it doesn't fully let out the soap pod leaving residue everywhere with half washed dishes.
Response from geappliances.comBy Jonathon, GE_Appliances, September 9, 2025
We'd like to help out with the bottom rack falling off track and with the detergent not dissolving properly. For the detergent not fully dispersing, we recommend checking the spray arms for any blocked spray holes. It's also important to check that the detergent door isn't being blocked by silverware or any utensils. To fully dissolve the detergent during the wash, your inlet water temperature needs to hit 120°F minimum. We also recommend scheduling one of our Bodewell technicians, to come out and check the drawer. We're confident that they can get this resolved. You can do so by calling 1-833-426-3393 or by visiting this link: https://www.bodewell.com/schedule-repair-service
