Hello there, we're terribly sorry to hear your tenant hasn't been able to use your dishwasher since moving in. We can't even begin to imagine how frustrating this would be and we're happy to help. We see that service was scheduled and completed, so we're confident our technician was able to help.

While this one seems smaller than the other brand I had at my previous home, it does the job good and in less time. My one concern is that the inside always seems wet and I am concerned that the product will get moldy.
We have had this dishwasher in our brand new house we only lived here for a month, its leaked several times ruining our floors and cabinets, and it never dries the dishes. They are literally soaking wet even the next day. I have let them sit in there for 2 days and they are still soaking wet. The door is very cheap quality as well. I do not recommend this product. We have always loved GE appliances but this is a disappointment!!

Hi there,
Congratulations on your brand new home! We can certainly understand your frustrations of your dishwasher leaking and not drying very well and would like to share some trouble shooting articles with you.
Having a GE dishwasher (and multiple appliances) for over the past 40 years we opted for another GE. We are very disappointed. Yes, it does clean good but takes a VERY long time. The shelves are cheap plastic and pull completely out very easily. The "lock " on the door is also cheap plastic. The settings are not easy to use. You need to hold the start button for just so long, but if you hold it to long it turns off. The silverware holder is inconveniently located along the side and harder to reach. Also, the lower rack is almost on the floor. We may be 70 but are very athletic and in great health. The upgrades over the past few decades certainly have not ben improvements. We don't have much hope for it lasting anywhere in the time range of our former ones.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
