Horrible dishwasher rack! Rusted.

This is a poor washer. I don’t know what caused this, but within the first year of my use of this dishwasher it being brand new from a new build, Very minimal use it started rusting. I was using all the right products I did so much research. I cleaned it the proper way I tried to do smaller loads… But nothing would budge. The racks are the biggest issue in this dishwasher. They have peeled and bubbled and rusted all over and I am now afraid to use it although I do very minimally. I just noticed it deteriorating more and more and I really hate to have to pay so much for two new racks. I Just want to put this out there to stop someone else from buying these poorly made dishwasher rack. I feel like the rack should be one of the strongest components of a dishwasher because it is such an important part of it. Especially using it the right way. I’ve always thought GE has great products but I was wrong :( so sad. We moved in Jan 2022.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great unit with small 8ssue

Overall it's a great dishwasher..but bottom wheels are too narrow and the tray has a hard time staying on track...even when with very little weight on it... With a full load, no way to push it in smooth....about to look for a replacement rack that will be more steady..
Like all reviews, people do them to complain...so take this with a grain of salt... This is a great unit...mine might just be the one with issues....

Cleans well. Dries great. Very loud when running. Hard to take bottom rack in and out because wheels are plastic. When bottom rack is fully loaded you have to pick up and push it in.

The wheels on the trays broke! The system is faulty, you leave the dishes wet and poorly washed.

This is a new dishwasher. I used it once and it is no longer working. It will start and run for 2 minutes then cut off.
