Builder grade at best

This was provided by our builder in a new construction villa. It is very flimsy. The inside is all cheap plastic. The drying cycle doesn't dry and every dish must be hand dried. Inside never dries out so you have dry it as well. We lest our home for 3 weeks and it was still wet when we returned. We will replace as soon as we can afford it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sometimes the machine didn’t start… even if I reset the command and try again later…
The clean cycle is long, more than two hours…

Do not buy!

Doesn’t run half the time you tell it to start. Often have to run it twice to get my dishes clean and the inside is always wet even after a dry cycle. Only reason we have this is because it is what was installed by the builders of our home and we cannot afford a new one.

If there is food or detergent residue left on your dishes when the wash cycle is complete, there are a few things you can do to improve your dishwasher's cleaning performance. Disappointing

Moving into our new house, filled with brand-new appliances, was an exciting moment for us. Among the first items we wanted to test was the Dishwasher. However, to our disappointment, it didn't live up to our expectations. One major drawback was the lack of easily accessible instructions; we had to go online to find them, and even then, they were not very clear. As a result, using the machine proved challenging.
Furthermore, we noticed that the dishes came out dirty and everything was left wet, which was frustrating. Despite our attempts to troubleshoot the machine, it still didn't perform up to par. Regrettably, we found it to be a below-average Dishwasher overall.

We're going to be taking this feedback and sharing it with the appropriate teams for review. This way we can start to look for ways that we can improve on our models going forward. Also, we are going to do our best to make sure that our user manuals are clear and easy to follow.

As for getting better drying performance, we recommend using a dedicated rinse aid, as it can tremendously help out with the drying performance. Also, we recommend using the "Dry Boost" on the highest setting and allowing enough time to pass for a complete dry.

Does a good job cleaning

The dishwasher is nice and does a good job cleaning but it is hard to pull the bottom drawer in or out or even to align properly before starting the machine.
