Hello - Thank you so much for taking a moment to get in touch and leave your review. We appreciate it so much.
We're sorry to hear about the issue with getting the dishes to dry after a cycle. That is something that can definitely be bothersome to deal with. We took a look and found that it might be best to get a technician out to diagnose the Dry Boost. You can schedule online here: https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm
We hope this helps out. Jonathon@GEA

This dishwasher came with our new build: 1. It’s too small for a family of 4. We use a normal amount of dishes. We even use paper plates and bowls often. 2. The rack layout is awful. It’s a very awkward layout that our plates, bowls and cups have a hard time fitting in nicely. 3. Does not dry! Even with the boost on and jet dry added our dishes are never dry.

Hi,
Congratulations on your new dishwasher and thank you so much for choosing GE Appliances! We're glad to hear that the unit is cleaning your dishes well, but so sorry to hear you seem to be having trouble with the cycle not completing on it's own. We're happy to help and provide clarity on this.
It is normal for many dishwashers to start and stop several times while draining. This helps pump out food soils more effectively. If your dishwasher pauses briefly or seems to start and stop during the draining period, this is normal operation. If you feel that this is not the case with your unit, please take full advantage of your warranty and schedule a service appointment. You can schedule an appointment with a GE Appliances technician by calling 1-800-432-2737 or schedule online at https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm
We truly appreciate you and we're here when you need us. Have a great day. - Tierra@GEA
