I signed up for the filter club, love blue air products so no knocks there, however I was double billed for two filters, I tried to call to get my money back no luck there, emailed twice and no response. So customer service sucks next I have to dispute the charge… ridiculous

This was my first time replacing the filters on my two Protect 7400 machines. Delivery was fast. The replacement process was easy. These air purifiers sure collect a lot of dog dander and dust. We love them!

Allergies. I have been sneezing for three weeks could not figure out what it was but I am only sneezing and my living room where I have my air filter. I turned it up on high yesterday and within 15 minutes I had to stop sneezing not sure what I’m allergic to in the living room. As I know if I’m not sneezing anymore and it’s gonna stay on high until I figure it out thank you for the help
