I signed up for the filter club, love blue air products so no knocks there, however I was double billed for two filters, I tried to call to get my money back no luck there, emailed twice and no response. So customer service sucks next I have to dispute the charge… ridiculous

This beast is heavily and solidly built - I’m super happy with the quality. And most importantly, it works incredibly well. The stuff this collects versus our Molekule…there’s no comparison. I’m buying two more Blueairs next month.

Change filter icon on machine

I replaced my filter and the machine doesn't recognize that the filter was replaced so the "filter dirty" icon is still flashing. I tried repeatedly to reach Blueair to no avail. Don't buy these machines

Blueair must be headed by a CEO who is either lazy or stupid. They've got a good product, but there are major flaws that no one at the company seems to care about. For instance, if you have a 5G wireless network, the Blueair filters will constantly go offline. Since their connectivity feature doesn't work, you might as well buy a much cheaper air filter that doesn't come with connectivity. They don't warn you about this and they don't seem to care that this central feature simply doesn't work. Another example is that you can set your address for your filters and the app constantly re-addresses your filters to your neighbor's address. This is a bug that could be fixed in the app, but no one at Blueair seems to care about it.

I recently installed a new Protect 7400 Smart Filter. It was easy. Just follow the instructions. Before installation of new filter, I cleaned all accessible parts of my Blueair device with my vacum cleaner and wand attachment.
The results are spectacular and my device automatically reset the filter monitor.

Do not buy.. The filter was impossible to install. Now the door does not close. I follow directions closely and it still didn’t work. Can’t get through to blueair,
