Pricey, but works extremely well for a long time, I highly recommend not trying to go third party for these filters. The customer service was extremely helpful as well.

I have 3 Blue Air, the 7470i, the 411 and 200. They work GREAT! Very quiet and the app is very easy to read and lets you know everything that's happening with the air in our home. These purifiers do a great job purifying are home and are very easy to maintain. We travel a lot in our state and we take the 411 with us when we are staying at hotels. "Love them"

Every mobile app update disconnects the device for weeks for being able to manged. Been happening for years. Interns runs the IT department and don't test any production pushes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
