No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my FlexBrew. Hamilton Beach has the best products in my opinion. I love my Flex because if I want coffee, I can make a pot to start my day. If during the day I don't want to make a pot of coffee, I can use a coffee pod of any flavor I want. This coffee maker is the best. Easy to use, easy to understand, and easy to clean. I recommend this product to anyone that loves coffee like I do

Third HB Flex Brew in 3 to 3-1/2 years!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is my third HB Flex Brew. I love the coffee maker - but I do not love that it quits working shortly after owning it for one year. You need to find out why they don't last longer and fix the problem or give this product a longer warranty. One-year warranty is too short for this product. This is my third Flex Brew in about 3 to 3-1/2 years.
