[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was gifted this coffee maker a year ago and it’s been the perfect coffee maker for my family! The 2 way design is absolutely brilliant! Great for mornings when only one person wants coffee and even better for those weekend mornings when you and your spouse want a full second cup but you don’t need a whole pot.
I would recommend this to a friend!

FlexBrew Grounds keep getting into coffee

I use paper basket filters, but so many times the water comes down and pushes one side over. grounds come thru into the coffee. I tried to research what filters to buy and could not find any info on the website or with the flex brewer .

Dysfunctional unit

I purchased the new FlexBrew to replace my old one that I had had for many years. I loved how quickly it makes a cup of coffee and simplifies my morning routine. However, my experience with this new one was not good. I actually ended up returning it. After the first couple of weeks I kept getting an error that the needle needed cleaned. Several mornings. I spent over 30 minutes trying to clean the needle and get a cup of coffee to brew without getting an air. I contacted the company and they told me that the needle should be cleaned after every use. I never clean the needle on my previous unit, ever. Only reason I replaced it was because the glass carafe broke. Disappointed in the new unit.

Works well right out the box

I love the flexibility of this model. I used to have a FlexBrew and that model did not brew all k cup styles well. This model brew carafe and single served as designed.
