It’s so convenient and considering you can brew your coffee in 3 ways, to wit a. Use a single serve pod such as a K-cup b. Brew a cup or travel mug with your favorite ground coffee and c. Brew in 12 cups of coffee. It’s awesome and everyone in my family loves it. Thank you Hamilton beach for the wonderful coffee maker.

Nice to have two options

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this coffee maker because it gives the option of single serve coffee or also 4 to 12 cups in the carafe when we are hosting a dinner party. I don't need to have two different coffee makers in the house.

Love our 2-way Flexbrew coffee maker...so much so that we recently purchased a new one to replace the same model we have been using for 9 years. Our old one has gone on to a second life while we dressed up our kitchen. A VERY RELIABLE APPLIANCE!

Avoid this coffeemaker. The first one stopped working after a few months. It was replaced under warranty. The new one lasted two weeks before it stopped working!

I received the FlexBrew Trio as a present in August. The single cup function has never worked properly, I have tried K cups, and the brew basket.. Always a series of codes: 01,06,07,Uer..load etc. There is water in the reservoir, the needle is clean, the electricity works. There is the first time I have had an issue with a Hamilton Beach product. So disappointing and frustrating. Morning is not possible without coffee.
