Poor Instructions

I thought I would be able to adjust the cooking temperature but no... what are the plus and minus signs on the Control Panel supposed to do? There should be better instructions.
I do like the sear/brown feature.
What is the cooking temperature for the 4 and 6 hours? Is there any way to change it?
Please improve the instructions.

I used mine about a year and I LOVED it especially the sear in the pot...and all the options..THEN......it just QUIT!!! In less than a year! HB not what it used to be! So disappointed.

Bought this in July 2024, used it maybe 10x. Yesterday as I was browning my meat it just died. No beep, no nothing just lights out dead. Didn’t even last 2 years or a dozen uses!
My previous multi cooker lived 27 years! It was not a Hamilton Beach.
Such absolute GARBAGE is manufactured in this day and age.
