[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This professional oven does everything! My favorite feature is the temperature probe. You can rest assured a chicken will be cooked to perfection! Nonstick interior makes it so easy to clean! 7 settings on dial allows you to get great results everytime. Cakes come out moist, top of bread bakes crisp with moist inside texture. Left over pizza was reheated and was as good as the day before. Bagels and toast settings give you the results you want. Steaks were done on broiler with excellent results! This Hamilton Beach Professional oven is a WIN WIN! Easy and fun to use. Great results every time!

Great for hot summers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oven has a large footprint. It is not a "toaster oven". It is a real oven, scaled down to accommodate one dish or entree, and does not heat the whole house up while cooking a meal, which is important where I live.
The first feature I used was the "reheat" feature. I found this feature useful, because if I didn't over cook it initially, I most certainly would reheating. That is no longer an issue, just turn the dial to reheat, set the time time and wait for a chime.
This oven will take a whole pizza or almost any size pan in my house. For a single guy like me, or a small family, this will be perfect.
So far this oven has handled everything I have tried and especially shines with meat. The temperature probe will chime when the temperature reaches the desired internal temperature (no more burnt hands checking the temp with a manual thermometer) . My chicken has become more "professionally" cooked, so I have located temperature charts on the web and look forward to more precise dishes in the near future, looking forward to a safer and more ideal result.
That leaves toasting on the list of features I regularly use. I just set up the controls and I get a perfectly consistent result. Never burns. You can prepare six slices at a time (if you desire or have a crowd), however, I have only prepared one slice at a time.
Although I don't often use them, there are other features. Such as broiler, keep warm, bagel mode and convection mode. I do plan on trying them out, I just haven't yet.
Overall, as my old friend the toaster oven travels to a charity, this oven has stepped up the usefulness of my kitchen and I believe is a good investment.

Countertop Oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toaster oven REALLY fits 6 large slices of bread. The digital display is easy to use. It is definitely large enough to fit a whole chicken or pizza, while still fitting easily on my kitchen counter. My lasagna pan fits in it, so when summer hits full on, I won't need to heat my kitchen up by using a full-size oven.

More than I imagined!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First look, it is a gorgeous appliance. It was a lot bigger than I expected especially for my little apartment but I am making it work because I know I will be using it a lot.
I am pleased with the construction, it is solid. It has a large interior space, big enough to contain casserole dishes as well as pizzas. The included pans and trays are of solid build and not flimsy.
The exterior is all stainless steel so it's easily cleaned. The outside surfaces tend to get very hot. Surprisingly the door handle stays nice and cool.
Preheated very quickly and beeps to let you know it is at the desired temperature
Fits a 9x13 baking pan without handles…so roomy
It will be perfect for cooking in the summer when you don’t want to heat up the regular oven.
I am excited to try a home-made pizza this weekend.

Makes great food!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have not used my regular oven since I got the Professional Digital Countertop Oven and am enjoying the results. I cooked a Cornish game hen with the probe on the convection setting and it cooked perfectly. (I have one of the Hamilton Beach slow cookers with a probe so I was excited to see this on an oven.) I have roasted vegetables and cooked frozen prepared foods with excellent results. Bagels and toast turn out great as well. It doesn't seem to heat the kitchen up as much as the regular oven, which is a nice bonus. The only thing I that I would change is that the timer counts down while preheating, so you have to adjust it when you put the food in. This oven is wonderful and it will be put to good use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the opportunity to try out this oven and I am so glad I did. It is a must have if you live in hotter regions of the country. I am looking forward to having oven baked goodies this summer without heating up the entire house. It is a great toaster. It applies the most delicate blister to the outside of a bagel while keeping the inside warm and chewy. The functions are easy to use and change. We use the Toast setting for toaster items and reheating pizza because the pizza does not overcook. It will refresh day old baked goods in a matter of minutes. It will roast a chicken or chicken pieces (cook faster) and bakes a nice pork chop. The included temperature probe is easy to use. Frozen snacks are much easier to do on a smaller scale, but the oven is large enough to do half bag/tray portions. I use it at least 4 days a week and reserve my conventional oven for family style meals.
The only downside to this oven is the size. If you have a smaller kitchen, it does take up the same amount of space as a small microwave. That said, its earns every cubic inch in function.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used counter top ovens before, but replaced my old one with this one. It is a very nice size and bakes well. I love to bake in the summer, but hate to heat up the house by using my oven. This has solved my problem. I can still perfectly bake a loaf of bread, or a half a dozen cookies in this oven. My previous counter top ovens were impossible to use for baking because the interior was so small that the heating elements were too close to the food.
The only minor issue I found was with convection mode. Typically when you cook with convection, the temperature should be 25 degrees F lower than if you were using a regular oven. I have found this is not the case and I cook my food at the same temperature. However, I typically only use convection when I am trying to get something crispy.
The automatic shut off is a great feature for those of us who tend to forget we are cooking something. I haven't tried to use the temperature prob yet, but I can't imagine having any issue with this because all other features have been wonderful!
This is very easy to use and easy to clean. The crumb tray slides out easily. The interior of this oven is so roomy, it is easy to wipe out.
I would recommend this to a friend!
