This oven is all you need!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a wonderful product. Simply dial to how you want to cook, adjust temp and time by pushing plus or minus, and press start (see photo). Easy, convenient, simple, and quick. First day of use, we baked (see photo), bageled, toasted, and reheated. Loved that the reheated pieces of pizza were as if they came out of the oven originally! My 19 yo daughter said to get rid of the microwave and toaster because this oven will be all she ever uses! You won't be disappointed! Would make a great shower or wedding gift for those just starting out!

great alternative to big meals shorter time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Hamilton Beach Profession Digital Countertop Oven is pretty awesome. The size of it is just big enough to still be called an appliance yet it not overwhelming in your kitchen. You do need some counter space after seeing all it can do it was time put it to the test. The very first thing I did was reheat last night pizza and garlic bread. I was impressed it tastes a lot better than microwaved pizza and the breadsticks had a fresh feel. Secondly, my son toasted a bagel and made cheese toast with it. He likes it and he says it’s easy to use.
I like to clear dial and temperature settings on the unit itself. I would probably add more buttons for ease of use like the quick start. What’s really amazing about this unit is it literally takes no time to heat up and cool off. My home didn’t get nearly as hot as it would with an over however the dinner cooked was delightful tonight we did shake and bake pork chops. I did use the digital probe just to see if it was working. I must say I am truly impressed by this unit. Tomorrow the plan is to roast a chicken and veggies. Bang for buck this machine will be in heavy rotation in my kitchen

Great, Great Countertop Oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new oven. It does as much or more than my large stove, and it does not heat up my kitchen. I am a window so I am always cooking small amounts of things in the BIG oven, this is a GEM for me. I cooked a pie in it which came out perfect, I did my toast and bacon in it this morning. I will be cooking many, many, more things in it in the future. I have not tried out roasting a chicken yet, waiting to have company. (only buy whole chicken when company is coming).

Easy to use, easy to clean & looks great this is the last toaster over I will ever need. Pleasantly surprised with the ease, speed and quality of the oven. Been using this just about 2 weeks now. It's so much easier then turning on a big gas over when you want to heat up something small.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Hamilton Beach Professional Digital Countertop Oven will save energy versus using the "big oven" for just the two of us. We love the versatility this oven has to offer. My husband loves his bagels each morning. This oven toasts the top only with warming the underside of the bagel perfectly. Life-changing! Easy to operate. This is not just a toaster but a multi use appliance for baking, seering, broiling and warming to crisp perfection unlike a microwave. The convection feature is a huge time-saving bonus as well. I love this oven! I am proud to have this shiny stainless steel appliance sit on my counter. Toasters are gone from this house!

Better than a full size oven!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This countertop oven has more features than my full size oven and does most of them better. From a frozen pizza to reheating moussaka, the Bake & Convection modes heat evenly and quickly. It takes less time to preheat and cooks through faster. My husband loves both the Toast and Bagel settings - perfect every time. I appreciate the safety of the automatic shutoff. The footprint is on the counter is about microwave size, but the interior is roomy enough for a full cookie sheet. The built in thermometer storage and slide out crumb tray keep everything together and easy to keep clean. I could wish for an exterior that shows a few less fingerprints, and it does get hot to the touch, but overall, an appreciated and worthy addition to my kitchen appliances.

The 7 settings are Preheat, Keep Warm, Broil, Bake, Convection, Toast & Bagel.
The oven comes equipped with a oven rack, broil rack, baking pan, slide-out/drip tray, temperature probe & a storage tray for the probe.

The temperature/shade button is used to adjust temperature or shade for toast or bagel.

The digital read out screen display will toggle between the oven's actual temperature, the temperature it's set on & will chime when the desired temperature is reached.
The probe is a plus with this digital countertop oven. You are able to see when the food is cooked to the desired internal temperature & it has the auto shutoff feature.
The countertop oven has 3 slots you are able to choose which position to cook on.
I baked a 6-lb whole chicken in my new Hamilton Beach Professional Digital Countertop Oven but I made sure it wasn't touching the sides of the oven & I selected the Convection mode & decreased the cooking temperature 25 degrees following the directions of using this feature.

I did use the broil mode to toast 2 slices of bread but it took a little too long for the bread to brown this way so I would suggest using the toast mode.
I also like that you have the option to use the timer with auto shutoff or the stay on function that allows the oven to stay on up to 4 hrs & automatically shuts off, you must press the minus button just past 1 for this.
Since receiving the Hamilton Beach Professional Digital Countertop Oven I have used it to cook many different items such as frozen chicken strips, mozzarella bites, cresent rolls, brownies, homemade biscuits & the whole chicken, everything cooked just as it should & I didn't have to heat up my kitchen by turning on my kitchen stove's oven.
I will tell you this be careful the countertop oven gets very hot on the outside. Make sure it has plenty of air flow around it too.

I am very happy & satisfied with the Hamilton Beach Professional Digital Countertop Oven the only thing that I can think of that would be a great addition is a light on the inside as to check the food cooking without having to open the oven door but other than that I would highly recommend this Hamilton Beach product to anyone wanting the perfect Countertop Oven.

Perfect counter size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Hamilton Beach professional toaster oven model 31240 heats up fast and cooks food evenly. The overall look of the oven is beautiful. All stainless steel, is gorgeous. Size is nice as sits on the counter and doesn’t take up much space. Button are large and easy to read. The pan comes with it so I just add my parchment paper and easy clean up. The built in probe is a great feature, the probe has as digital read out on the outside so you can see the internal temperature of your meat as it as cooking so never overdone or under cooked. Easy to use and it's nice that it has a storage compartment so I am not searching for it in my gadget drawer. This will be perfect in the summer so I don't have to heat up my whole house with my regular oven for a few chicken nuggets for my son.
I don't like that there is not a specific on/off button. For me it would be a little more user friendly if there was one.
