Perfect for us

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This heater is amazing, it is small, portable and puts out a perfect amount of heat. We live in Florida and we set this heater up in our bathroom on a chilly morning so when we take a shower the temperature was perfect. So if you are in need of a smaller, dependable heater dpi not hesitate you purchase this one.

Works pretty well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is definitely a personal heater, as in it only heats a very small space. It has two settings for heat and an option to just have the fan with no heat. It isn't super powerful but it works to get the chill out of the air. It would be great for a small office or something like that. The casing of heater itself doesn't feel hot to the touch which is great, you don't have to worry about accidental burns.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My vornado velocity 1 personal heater is great. We got it just in time for the back to back snow storms that rolled into town last week. I don’t like turning on the central heat, but I’ve got kids. My daughter put it in a her room for a few hours before bedtime and it made her room nice and toasty. She slept well through the night. I am a big fan that it turns off if it tips over as we have cats that may knock it over. It’s very light and not bulky too so that’s a plus in my book.

Not ideal

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought when I got this that it would be enough to at least heat up my little room, but unfortunately that is not the case here. It’s pretty big with little power. I don’t recommend to buy it unless you are going to be directly in front of it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Warms up a room quickly and quietly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With the increase in energy prices, and the fact that I'm often home alone, I find it too wasteful to have the entire house be heated. I have used Vornado products in the past (humidifier) so I knew it is a brand I can trust. The Velocity 1 quickly warmed up my office space and it was fairly noiseless. A very cool product to have around to get one room at a more comfortable temperature without wasting energy.

Great heater

I bought this fan/heater to keep by my bedside as the wife likes to keep it pretty cool in the bedroom and I gwet chilled easily. my only suggestion is it would be nice to have a third or slightly wartmer temp setting.
