[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not in love with my new dryer.....i really miss some of the features that my kenmore elite had......for example, not sure why the timed cycle only has three time options ..... and since i looked at a more expensive model in the store, i never imagined that the drum would not be stainless steel in the series 4 model which i hadn't seen in person.......i miss the flexibility my old dryer offered and it better met my needs....on the plus side, it's a nice looking appliance and it gets the clothes dry.......i wish i had done more research and maybe made a different choice, either a more expensive model or a different brand
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

best dryer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] love this dryer! it has a sensor and an automatic shut off when the clothes are dry and does not have to go the full time selected. the anti wrinkle feature is amazing as well!

Large capacity

We love it. But...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] (1) We had a few concerns about the dryer. First of all, we were very upset that we weren't told that the dryer did not have an electrical cord or plug. Why wouldn't you put that on the dryer before it is packaged! I had to take it off the old one and install it myself. Most people would not have had the electrical experience that I have and would have been lost and had to spend a couple of hundred dollars more to hire an electrician. This added an extra 30 minutes to my install.
(2) There seems to be only two settings where you get heat to dry our clothes(heavy & towels.) There only seems to be cold air coming in on the other settings.
(3) We got an error code concerning the electrical current not being consistent. We found that our son had a space heater also on in another 120v circuit(as the dryer is 220v we never suspected the space heater to be the source of the uneven power.)
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent Dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dryer one month ago to replace a Maytag. I had previously purchased an Electrolux washer. I haven't had a chance to use all the features but the normal and timed dry work great. I like the double layered lent trap. It traps more lint than the old one layer trap.

Clothes even feel softer

I've had this dryer for almost a month and am very happy with it. It runs quietly and dries clothes fast and without wrinkles. Clothes even feel softer.
