Doesn't dry clothes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice unit. However if you use any setting other than 60min timed dry your items will not be dry. If you do a load of socks they will stack up over the lint vent and not dry. You'll have to re start another cycle 2 to 3 times. The steam and wrinkle releases are nice.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice features - great look

We bought this a few weeks ago and went with this brand to match the rest of the appliances in our new home. The dryer looks great and has lots of nice functions. The only downside we have with it is a design issue. The lint screen vent sits in the front of the dryer by the bottom of the door. As clothes and blankets/sheets tumble in the dryer they fall and cover up the vent/screen. If the clothing does not fall off the vent the dryer will turn off and signal an alarm. The happened numerous times as I was washing bed sheets. The design is pretty much a little ledge that clothes land on making the machine turn off. Hoping they have a solution soon.

Liliung73, I can only imagine how frustrating that must be. I have a few items for you to check before contacting us for service. Check that the outside exhaust duct is not clogged or restricted. Check that your dryer has a slight tilt to the back. Try raising the front a 1/4 inch so it tilts towards the back. Take a visual look at the lint filter. If it is not flush with the top of the filter housing, then I would suggest removing the filter and looking down into the filter housing to see if there is some lint build for keeping the filter from seating flush with the filter housing. It’s an ok dryer. I always have to run jeans and towels through 2 drying cycles, never had to do that with my old dryer. Also the lint screen creates a shelf that clothes end up staying on as the dryer turns.

Hello, Cleopatra! I can imagine your concern. If you are noticing the jeans and towels are not getting dry on one cycle, try increasing the dryness level or try using a timed dry cycle. If your small loads are getting caught in the door, add a couple of larger items to the load to improve the tumbling action. ~ Brandi

It works well

Happy with the dryer other than the clothes fall out on the floor every time I open the door since the door is not designed well. It should be concave to keep the clothes in the dryer drum rather than allow them to spill out when opened.

Will not dry small load

Simply will not dry a small load!! Ladies delicates, not even close to dry. A small load gets stuck on the dryer lint lip and will not move nor dry. If you like wet small loads , why, this is the dryer for you.
